Rose Hill lies a short drive from Hilton Head, on either side of the main road to the Island. On the north side, along the pristine Colleton River, an equestrian center, polo fields and riding trails mingle with homes on one- to three-acre lots. On the southern, country club side of the road, Rose Hill features 27 holes of championship golf and a gracious Lowcountry clubhouse.and is adjacent to the pristine Colleton River.
